We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Switch. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Once we have delivered the goods to your door you are responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee (
see our Warranty Button) This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance is not covered. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Warranty is limited to parts only, parts will either be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Seven Day Cooling Off Period, goods to be returned for refund during the cooling off period, must be notified to pedalelectric in writing within 7 days of the receipt of goods. Such goods must be returned in an “as new” condition in the original packaging and unused. The refund will cover the cost of the goods, but will exclude the non-refundable delivery charge, £25 -£60 depending on area. The cost and risk of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer. The customer should arrange their own shipping to an address that will be advised to them. The customer should ensure that the parcel is adequately insured for the original purchase price.
Faulty goods notified to us within seven days of delivery will either be collected, repaired and redelivered free of charge, replaced, or parts supplied free of charge in order for them to be repaired. At our discretion we may decide to issue a full refund instead of providing parts, repairing or replacing. Refunds are dependant on the condition of the goods received back. Damaged or incomplete goods will not be refunded in full. Goods damaged as a result of misuse will be subject to a repair and redelivery charge. The customer will be advised of all chargeable repairs before such work commences. Spares or replacements will be supplied free of charge within the warranty period, only where the fault is not caused by misuse of the product or through normal wear and tear. Goods damaged as a result of misuse will be subject to a charge. The customer will be advised of all chargeable items before despatch.
